Participants are accompanied by a dedicated tour manager who takes care of the expedition and ensures that everything runs smoothly. This person serves as a guide and point of contact for participants throughout the journey.

Flight Tickets and Visa Procurement

LIT takes care of booking flight tickets for participants and also handles the process of obtaining tourist visas for the duration of the expedition. This relieves participants of logistical concerns related to travel arrangements.

Accommodation Options

LIT offers multiple accommodation options such as twin or triple sharing hotel rooms, and sometimes hostel dorms for participants. This allows for flexibility in choosing the type of stay that suits individual preferences and budgets.

Meal Arrangements

While breakfast is provided at the place of stay, participants are responsible for arranging their own lunch and dinner. The tour manager would recommend places to eat during the expedition, providing some guidance to participants.
